Jo khayaalon mein samaaya hai
Wo dil mein samaa nahin paa rahaa
Jisne neendein udaa di hain
Wo mujhe khwaab nahin dikhaa rahaa
Dil ke darwaaze par dastak ho rahi hai
Aur ye dil use sun nahin pa rahaa
Jaane ye kaisi chaahat hai
Jise mera hi dil samajh nahin pa rahaa

A not-too-great attempt at writing poetry in English after ages -- just a couple of random lines, trying to clear the confusion...
When you enter my thoughts
It doesn't make my heart beat any faster
Because you're always on my mind
When you're around
The world seems brighter
And joy is easier to find
nice feelings and apt words...good going Bhavya
